I. Membership Eligibility & Registration

Prospective members may register for a Juan 365 account either in person or via our online/remote registration system. All applicants must provide essential personal details and submit one (1) valid government-issued ID.

By submitting your information, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of Juan 365’s Data Privacy Policy. This policy details how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. You expressly consent to this use of your data and waive any right to raise claims against Juan 365 for its lawful utilization.

Membership is strictly limited to individuals aged twenty-one (21) years or older who are not classified as banned persons under the Office of the President’s Memorandum Circular No. 6 (2016). Juan 365 cannot be held responsible for any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided during registration. It is the member’s sole duty to ensure all submitted information is correct and legitimate. Juan 365 reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these eligibility requirements.

II. Communication Preferences

To enhance your experience, Juan 365 may send you communications—including administrative alerts, regulatory notices, and promotional offers—via email, SMS, phone calls, and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

Registration constitutes your express consent to receive these communications. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time through your account settings or by contacting our Customer Service team. However, you acknowledge that essential administrative and legally mandated notices are non-negotiable and cannot be opted out of.

Juan 365 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from your failure to read or act upon these communications. Furthermore, we are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or system failures caused by third-party service providers outside our reasonable control.

III. Data Privacy & Collection

Juan 365 collects your personal information as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and to deliver our services to you. Beyond PAGCOR, we may share your data with essential suppliers, third-party service providers, and affiliated companies for the following purposes:

  1. Enhancing account security, safeguarding funds, and proactive risk management.
  2. Providing services, administering your account, accounting, market research, player tracking, profiling, and customer support.
  3. Processing prizes and executing promotional activities.
  4. Any other purposes directly related to the above.

We adhere to a strict privacy policy in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

  1. The personal information we collect is used to facilitate transactions, manage your account, and improve service efficiency.
  2. Your information is kept strictly confidential and will not be sold or publicly disclosed. It may only be shared with subsidiaries or third parties as necessary for our business operations, as disclosed herein, or when required by Philippine law or a valid court or agency order.
  3. We implement robust security measures and automated systems to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data. Our employees are trained in responsible data handling, and we have controls to prevent and address data breaches. Juan 365 is not liable for breaches caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as cyberattacks, force majeure, or third-party actions.
  4. Our company is governed by Philippine law, and all collected personal data is stored within the Philippines.
  5. Your information will be retained while your account is active and for at least one (1) year after your last activity, or longer if required by law.
  6. For any complaints or requests regarding your personal data (including correction or deletion), contact us at CS@juan365 com. All requests are subject to verification and applicable laws.

Any user who receives another user’s personal data through our services (the “Receiving Party”) agrees to: (i) comply with all privacy laws; (ii) allow the disclosing user or Juan 365 to remove that data from their database; and (iii) allow the disclosing user or Juan 365 to review the collected information, in each case as required by law.

IV. Membership Terms & Restrictions

Juan 365 services are available only to qualified individuals aged 21 or older. Per Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended by R.A. 9487) and Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 8, the following individuals are prohibited from registering or playing:

  1. Government officials and employees directly involved in government operations.
  2. Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
  3. Individuals under 21 years of age.
  4. PAGCOR officials and employees.
  5. Unregistered players.
  6. Banned individuals.
  7. Spouses, common-law partners, children, and parents of individuals in categories (1), (2), and (4).
  8. Persons listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons.
  9. Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders.
  10. Financiers/Loan Sharks and similar entities.

Juan3 65 reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate the membership of anyone who violates these terms or provides false information. Any breach is a material violation and will result in immediate disqualification from all services.

By registering, you expressly confirm that you are not a member of any restricted category above. Funds held in the account of an ineligible player will be forfeited to the Government, and Juan 365 shall not be liable for any resulting losses.

V. Responsible Gaming

All players must acknowledge and adhere to responsible gaming reminders issued by PAGCOR, which include the prohibition of playing games in open public spaces.

VI. Game Rules & Amendments

By using the Juan 365 platform, you agree that all game mechanics, rules, and conditions—including any future modifications—are legally binding. Juan 365 reserves the right to change any aspect of the games or platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to stay informed of the current rules.

VII. Authority on Game Results

The Juan 365 platform, via its certified game engine, has the sole and exclusive authority to determine, validate, and declare the final result of any game or activity. You accept all game outcomes as final. Disputes regarding a game’s outcome will only be considered if you provide verifiable evidence of a technical malfunction not caused by your device, network, or actions. Juan365’s internal records and logs shall be the definitive source for resolving any discrepancies.

VIII. Member Declarations & Consent

  1. Age and Compliance: I am 21 years of age or older. I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended. I declare that my application details are true and correct, and I acknowledge that any misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of my membership.
    2. Regulatory Compliance: I agree to comply with all rules and policies issued by PAGCOR. Non-compliance may result in the immediate suspension or termination of my account without liability to Juan 365.
    3. Privacy and Data Usage: I have read and understood the Privacy Statement and voluntarily consent to the collection and use of my personal information. I understand I may withdraw my consent by contacting Customer Support, but doing so may limit or revoke my access to services. Juan365 is not liable for any resulting service interruptions.
    4. KYC Verification: I agree to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before my first withdrawal or within three (3) calendar days of registration, whichever comes first. Failure to do so will result in my account being frozen, requiring a reactivation request to Customer Support. Juan365 is not liable for losses resulting from a frozen account.
    5. Account Security & Transactions: All deposits and withdrawals must be made exclusively through my registered payment account. Use of unregistered accounts may lead to suspension. I authorize Juan365 to process transactions through third-party services (e.g., GCash, PayMaya) using my provided information. I authorize Juan365 to deduct applicable fees. All transaction instructions I provide are final and binding. Juan365 is not liable for errors, delays, or losses resulting from inaccurate instructions.
    6. Processing Times:
  • Php 1 – Php 50,000: 1-3 business days
  • Php 50,001 – Php 500,000: 3-5 business days
  • Php 500,001 and above: 5-10 business days
    Delays may occur due to third-party provider maintenance or disruptions. It is my responsibility to report any missing deposits. Juan365 is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including third-party issues. I waive any claims against Juan365 for such service failures not directly caused by its gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Juan365 Limitation of Liability: Juan365 is not liable if it cannot complete a transaction due to:
i. Insufficient funds or exceeding account limits.
ii. Payment system malfunctions or downtime, of which I was aware or informed.
iii. Incorrect or outdated account information I provided.
iv. Circumstances beyond its control (e.g., fire, flood, system breakdown, outside interference), provided it took reasonable precautions.

Account Suspension/Termination: Juan365 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including for:
a. Being a restricted person.
b. Maintaining multiple accounts (only one permitted per player).
c. Abusing promotions or chips.
d. Being underage or otherwise banned.
e. Engaging in suspicious transactions.
f. Using bots, automated software, or cheating tools.

IX. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

1. Compliance: You acknowledge Juan365’s commitment to complying with all AML laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act and directives from the AMLC.
2. Verification & Reporting: You consent to customer verification checks and agree to report any suspicious activity to Juan365 promptly.
3. Record-Keeping: Juan365 will maintain records of your identity and transactions as required by law and may disclose them to authorities if mandated.
4. Account Termination: Juan365 may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you are involved in or suspected of money laundering. You hold Juan365 harmless from any claims arising from such action.
5. Cooperation: You agree to cooperate fully with any AML investigation by Juan365, the AMLC, or law enforcement.
6. Penalties: Non-compliance with AML laws may result in legal penalties and account restriction.
7. Amendments: You agree that Juan365 may update its AML policies to reflect changes in law, and you are responsible for adhering to them.

X. Amendments to Terms

Juan365 reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice or consent. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
